Rishika is a Data Science Product Manager at Aviva, where she leads initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within underwriting. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and diving into a good book.

Michelle Hsiao, FCAS, FCIA

Treasurer 2025-2026

Michelle is an FCAS with over 10 years of experience across both primary insurance and reinsurance. She is currently Actuarial Director of Pricing at Arch Reinsurance, where she prices treaties across major P&C lines and partners with underwriting to support strategic and profitable placements. She is known for connecting actuarial rigor with practical business insight and mentoring analysts across technical and communication skills.

Saurabh is an Actuarial Consultant in the Pricing Transformation team at Wawanesa Insurance, specializing in Live Rating implementation and pricing system modernization that enhance automation, governance, and agility. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, hiking, and exploring new destinations.
